Fall Is in the Air in Franklin!

There's nothing quite like autumn in the mountains. The mornings are crisp, the ridgelines are starting to turn, and our calendar is filling up with the kind of small-town fun that makes Franklin such a special place to call home. The Macon County Fair Is Happening Now

The Macon County Fair runs through Saturday, September 26, at the Wayne Proffitt Agricultural Center on Georgia Road, open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. It's a true celebration of our farming roots. There's a BBQ supper, the Best Cake Contest, the Special Needs Livestock Show, the Harvest Sale, and plenty of festival food. If you haven't made it out yet, there's still time!

Join Us at Pumpkin Fest – Saturday, October 17

Bald Head Realty is proud to sponsor Franklin's 30th annual Pumpkin Fest, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in historic downtown Franklin. Don't miss the World Famous Pumpkin Roll, the costume parade and contest, and local arts, crafts and food. It's free and happens rain or shine.

3rd Annual Bands & Brews – Benefitting the Special Liberty Project

We're also honored to sponsor the 3rd annual Bands & Brews, benefitting the Special Liberty Project. This Franklin nonprofit supports Gold Star families and healing veterans, connecting them with nature through outdoor experiences that build camaraderie, resilience and well-being.

Join us on Saturday, October 24, from 1 to 6 p.m. at The Lazy Hiker. The event is sponsored by Bald Head Realty and hosted by the Alton Lane Band, and it will feature some of our favorite local musicians on the main stage:
